We ask for 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.
Guests who provide less than 48 hours notice will be required to pay 50% of the service booked.
Guests who no show their appointments will be required to pay up to 100% of the service booked.
Please plan your day accordingly - guests who are 15 or more minutes late will be considered a no show and will be required to pay up to 100% of the service booked.
Juniper Salon will now require a credit card on file to proceed with booking - your information will be stored in a secure system.

If you are sick at all, please reach out to your stylist - they may prefer to reschedule.
You will be required to wear a mask if they proceed with the service.
If you test positive for Covid-19, contact us to reschedule your appointment.
We ask that you receive a negative test and wear a mask to your appointment once you are well.
